The Power of the Core-Breathing For Joy of Exercise For Depression.

The Power of the Core-Breathing For Joy of Exercise For Depression.Creating your exercise as an emotional experience between your mind to be in your body, as you are doing a single exercise takes discipline base on concepts and methods and good value judgment to determine how the exercise is effecting your physical and emotional mental experience. Taking a view point that depression is a learned mental, physical and spirit experience and if a person wants to create choices of not being in depression they have to address each part and the relationships between each part that forms their depression. To create a choice to replace depression requires person to have an affective vision of what physical emotional reality they want to change to, that is more powerful then their depression. So the question is; what emotional reality do you want to create for yourself and what emotional projection to others around you? Until you answer that question person will hold onto their emotional depression experience for they have no choice and no reason to replace the depression experience. To change there are two parts one is releasing the old emotional patterns to be replaced with a new emotional pattern so learning has two parts one is how to release old and what is the replacement. Finding affective techniques that works to change the physical feeling and emotional experience takes techniques within method but the hard part is choosing a new emotional experience to change into. It is like the old saying: what do you want to be? Its ease to say what you do not want to be but hard to decide what to be but remember that is normal in life when you have to use judgement.

Mental Health: Exercise Is Found Not to Affect Depression.

[...]Dutch researchers studied 5,952 twins from the Netherlands Twins Registry, as well as 1,357 additional siblings and 1,249 parents, all 18 to 50 years old. They recorded survey data about the frequency and duration of exercise and used well-validated scales to uncover symptoms of depression and anxiety. The study was published Monday in The Archives of General Psychiatry.

Studying twins allowed the researchers to distinguish between genetic and environmental effects, and they found that the association of exercise with reduced anxious and depressive symptoms could be explained genetically: people disinclined to exercise also tend to be depressed. One does not cause the other.

This does not mean that exercise is useless in alleviating depressive symptoms. “Exercise may still be beneficial for patients being treated for an anxiety or depressive disorder,” said Marleen H. M. de Moor, the lead author of the study and a doctoral student in psychology at VU University Amsterdam. “But we couldn’t find evidence for a causal effect in the population at large.”[...]

If a person learned to be depressed, then a person can create a choice to replace depression by using methods that affect their emotional state. Depression is when a peron is being engaged in an emotional experience of mind, body and spirit and to create an choices all three elements have to be part of the change at the same time and the interaction has to be mentally directed to bring about change of ones emotional reality. In this program depression is an emotional reality experience so being clear at the beginning is the first part to create choices that changes depression. Depression is state of being that affects view points and judgments within their behavior but the mind has to the ability to realize differences and judge effectiveness of one action and make adjustments. Person can choose to think and behave emotionally differently any time they want, given the level of energy they have to work with. Increasing a person energy is one of the first thinking that has to be focus on in conjunction with mind and body emotional relationship. For depression is about the level of energy for emotional expression while physically moving the body like in walking. Walking is emotional expression so changing how you walk affects ones emotional reality as they are walking for you are creating a choice of expression.

Being simple, there are only two ways a person brings in energy through the mouth with food and nose with breath. So what you put in your mouth affects your chemistry to either increase, stay the same or decrease energy production in the body. How you shape your breathing affects your ability to have endurance in physical activities and create feeling within the torso for the mind to relate too. So dealing with depression is to affect energy flow and food and breathing has to be used to affect energy production and how its affecting the body. How you eat and what you eat affects emotional connection to food therefore it influences depression. How you breath in the state of depression has to change for your breathing pattern supports your emotional state. Here is where exercising with core/breathing affects energy production by changing stress in shoulders. You do not breath effectively and food is not processed will when a person has high stress in shoulders, so changing physical stress in shoulders is most in order to change before exercising. Food and breathing affects your ability to exercise from energy flow ability for it affect the level of energy you have to work with and your body feeling. Here again body feeling is so important for a person dealing with depression while exercising.

[...]How does yoga improve mental health?

On a physical level, yoga postures are designed to massage the internal organs, increasing and decreasing blood flow to targeted areas. This circulates the blood and lymph, thus removing stale bodily fluids from vital organs and helping flush toxins. The physical movement can also stimulate certain hormones and neurotransmitters, leading to positive feelings and emotions.

Additionally, according to the Eastern medical model, yoga exercises are also designed to specifically move the “prana” or life force energy in the body (traditional Oriental medicine calls this “chi”). Keeping this life force fresh and alive is vital to well-being, according to Eastern philosophy.

Yoga poses stimulate certain aspects of the body’s energetic system, comprised of “chakras” (energy centers) and “nadis” (the yogic term for “meridians” or energy channels). As stuck prana is moved and energized, old emotional wounds manifesting as blockages in the energy centers and channels can be released. This may explain why so many yoga practitioners experience a sense of emotional release from practicing certain poses, such as a spontaneous expression of tears, providing a sense of extreme relief and peace afterwards.

The special breathing exercises that go along with yoga (called “pranayama”) also serve to energize the body by bringing fresh quantities of prana in through the breath. These breathing exercises can also alleviate anxiety and create a sense of calm and well-being.[...]

The power of core/breathing within physical exercises give person choices that can increase energy and strength and the emotional experience that is needed to do the exercises to affect depression. Developing a high enjoyable emotional value to exercise lets a person bring into focus their mind and body relationship to feel and express life. Lifting 10 pound weight 5 times can be more powerful in affecting depression and physical toning and strength then 30 reps of the 10 pounds weight. What determines the internal energy and strength effect is how the mind directs energy flow into muscles groups to do the exercise for exercise is about group muscles transition. What affects depression and energy level in the beginning is breathing. By taking long exhales and relaxing the shoulders give the ability to create a big inhales by engaging the whole torso and then creating the pause breathing state to lift weight then. The longer your exhale the more relaxed your body and mind has to be in order to do it. Controlling your breathing is just the starting point then core muscles that affects breathing begins to be come more dynamic over time within each breath. One of the goals to develop emotional enjoyment within the act of exercising is to use the whole torso to work with the weights. Professional weight lifters use their breathing and core as primary force but most people at the guy use shoulders as their source of force to lift weight. They do not use the power of core/breathing as the main force to lift weights and shoulders being relaxed. Here is where being clear in what is your exercise experience goal is a must to have judgment on being effective with your depression for you are creating an experience as you are exercising and how you judge it affects attitude in doing the exercise and that attitude carries over into life.

In the beginning using the power of core/breathing to bring about, by choice, an emotional state of calmness before beginning lifting weights. The next level is to choose to create an physical emotional experience while lifting weight of enjoyment of moving the weight up on inhalation pause and then exhalation slowly with the speed of bring down the weight equal to the exhale. Its about connecting the core/breathing force to the hands yet using the feet to lift and release the weight as will. This is creative core/breathing experience lifting weights that give the mind a chances to connect and relate to the physical source of strength that forms person energy source. Another part is changing stress in shoulders by being in your core/breathing through focus as your using your muscles to move the hands with the weight. To not be depress you have to change the shape of your body so it will not express depression.

Many clinical experts have found that majority of clinically depressed individuals lack endorphins in their system. This lack of endorphins can be directly linked to experiencing signs of depression. When you boost endorphin production in the body, you will feel better and happier etc. As such, exercising effectively helps to boost endorphin production in the system, thus helping one overcome depression with a feeling of contentmen[...]

Core with out breathing is like a car with out an engine all show but no go. When the core and breathing are joined that is force for the mind to direct and create emotional projection within weight lifting. Changing the emotional energy channels between mind and body takes time and a method that has to be created in using the techniques will produce different emotional relationships and experiences and that is the beauty you create your physical emotional reality shape as you are exercising. When you come to your exercise time and your in physical and emotional calmness then the mind has the ability to focus and the ability to create joy as your exercising.

Joy over comes depression by replacing one experience with another that creates an internal force greater then the other. For the greater the joy you create within doing a single exercise forms an experience of being with ones self internally. The joy of doing can not exist as experience if person is depress. Joy is about doing physical movement and the mind realizing their physical strength within the energy flow feeling between core/breathing and hands and feet while doing the exercise. Joy is not mental to physical but it is physical to mental that is the foundation for the mind to create joy in doing a single exercise. It is letting the mind receive the physical energy sense of doing the exercise. A person can get great joy from cleaning an area or washing dishes when their mind is not think but the mind is feeling the action of doing with the whole body in play. Joy is action and being with in action of doing for one is calm and at pease creates the high level of joy in doing. Old idea of be with ones self that happens with a person within an experience of joy doing the exercise and being connected to their strength within movement of the exercise.

How to Kill Depression With Exercise.

[...]It has been known for years that exercise provides physical and emotional benefits. Routine exercise may benefit us all in relieving anxiety and depression. Exercising helps improve blood flow to the the brain and other parts of the body. Health benefits include lowering blood pressure, improving exercise tolerance, lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, lowering stress and improving your mood. Endorphins are also released which help in alleviating pain and giving us a sense of well being.

The key is moderate exercise, performed a minimum of 30 minutes per day, three or four times a week. Activities such as walking, swimming, lifting weights, and bicycling are all excellent forms of exercise. If you have been inactive for some time it is best that you start out slowly and build up to the recommended time and duration. If you try to do more, initially, than your body can tolerate you may end up fatigued, sore, and frustrated.

People who exercise regularly, even at something as simple as walking or bicycling, have improved muscle tone and flexibility. Their muscles and joints are more tolerant of activities that stress these areas. People who routinely exercise show decreased recovery time physically and emotionally, after exercise and other stressful activity.[...]

The power of creating joy is a high emotional force that influence the brain physically and body muscle tension and stress in shoulders. Joy between mind and body is a creative emotional force so great on person their sense of life is heightens in doing the smallest things that puts a little smile on the face while doing the smallest of jobs.

Do not confused joy with excitement they are two different experiences for joy is peaceful energy flow within movement and its on going. Where as excitement is lot of build up of energy within physical action and then a quit releasing of energy and relaxation of the body comes from doing it.

People working out when they are listening to music, watching TV or reading creates a disconnect to mind and body relationship for the mind does not relate to what the body is doing. The mind is thinking with emotional context that takes away feeling and ability to direct muscles during exercises. There is an old saying mindless exercise where the body is doing one thing but the mind is thinking about something else tones muscles but lessons mind and body connection. This behavior creates mind/body disconnection pattern of behavior so person does not relate to feeling coming from the body while exercising and after exercising. There is a real loss of mind and body relationship that affects emotional muscle expression experience of ones life.

If person is NOT connected to their core/breathing as they are exercising they are in their abstract emotional mind state which is an experience that is not relating to what the body is doing in the moment. Creating a high emotional mental and physical experience as your exercising give person true sense of them self. People develop an emotional sense of self, base on the body and mind relating through physical activities. Taking time and focus during exercise to strengthen the relationship between mind and body emotional sense of self just enhances enjoyment of doing your exercises and enjoying doing things after exercise.

The hardest emotional experience that can be created as you exercise is joy in what your doing. To create joy in the power of the core/breathing for exercise, a person has to desire to connect with the internal to external through an interaction play that heightens emotional physical feeling in movement within each exercise. By conscious mind controlling muscle groups within the exercise give the mind the sense of physical muscles feeling as your doing your exercise. Creating joy and being joyful within each exercise is training the mind and body relationship to be in the here and now with the core/breathing within each exercise movement. Depression is the lack of feeling between mind and body and the mind is over thinking about negative things that makes person sad. Sadness produces low energy flow between mind and body.

To create the most powerful exercises affect, do not listen to music, watch TV and read for it damages the mind/body connection emotionally and promote emotional patterns thinking not related to what your doing. Creating a strong mind/body coordination connection requires a strong core and breathing pattern within each exercise that is mindfully directed through learned method. Engaging the core and breathing within each exercise is a learned experience that affects emotional state of being. Learning to replace depression is challenging and as such requires the development of skills that meet those challenges and finding the most affective that works for you take lot of effort but the rewards can not be measured. Learning new skills is learning new emotional experiences within doing.

Leaning how to change your depression is on going challenge to create your emotional reality while interacting with others for the enjoyment of doing. The power of creating joy within what ever you do is an art of life that engages ones spirit of doing, mind in directing and body experiencing and then project emotional energy around you. There is positive and negative energy around us and learning to draw in positive to make us physically strong and block or repel negative energy that makes us physically weaker for both surrounds us all and are attitudes open and close the type of energy that comes to us.

This is an introduction to ideas about changing depression from breathing, energy and spirit view point. There is the mental influence that affects depression but in the view point of this program the mind direct energy to construct emotional reality behind thoughts and it was not addressed. The whole is “mind, body and breath, energy and spirit” that forms the influences that composes person being projected attitude in any give time. The person spirit is the connective force that interacts between mind and body ability to act in life.

What as not said is about the internal side of how to create the state of joy in ones exercises that will come another time for that is techniques. Its very mental directive to create experience of being within the exercises and creating emotional state of joy. What missing is the mental and physical connection within this program to affect depression from energy point of view.
